Now on Threadbase: Pinning posts!

Hi everyone -

Based on the feedback we've received from our community, we fast tracked development on pinning posts, and we just pushed it to production today!

How to pin posts

  • Either log into your Dashboard or visit your community and log into your account.
  • Once you're logged in as the owner of your community, you should see a pin icon next to the trash can icon.
  • If you click the pin, we'll ask you to confirm you want to pin this post.
  • Once you confirm it, that post will become pinned to the top of your community.
  • If you pin multiple posts, then the post publish date takes priority. So, if you pin two posts, then the most recent post will be at the top and the second most recent will be the second post. Then, all the non-pinned posts will be below.

We hope this helps you better communicate to your community memebers, and if you have any other comments or feedback, let us know in the comments!

Best,
Chris
